Service Description

Decorating services are cosmetic solutions, designed to be non-invasive for ease of application and wear and tear prevention. You'll be amazed at the transformations that are only surface deep! The Per Square Foot Formula: Design fees are valued by the size of the space per the square foot plus the cost of the items sourced. The base price for one room only project is $2 per sq. ft. + sourced items and install costs within the client specified monthly budget over their approved timeline. The Good Stuff, you get: Video Consult, Design Plan, Purchase List, and Strategic Timeline In-person consulting is available for an additional hourly rate.* If the items you select become unavailable within a year you will be provided a new round of 3 options to select from at no additional design fee. Designs are provided with two rounds of edits included. Additional rounds incur proportional overages.
